Our culinary journey started as a teenager, when our award wining Head of Culinary Herbert N’Goran’s father back then was ill; and his mother and father in the 1980’s, were out of the family home seeking help and medical attention, for the beloving father, all over his country of birth; for months. From a family of nine children and only two junior sisters, the children had to put a strategic plan in place to cook in turn, for themselves; with the father and mother prolonged absences; unknowingly, that was a commencement of a germination and development of a talent which will continue to grow when our Culinary Chef Herbert N’Goran arrived in London-England, in his teenager’s years.
In London, He started as a cleaner to becoming a Breakfast chef in 3 to 5 Stars Hotels of Mayfair London; finally climbing his high way to becoming a Culinary Departmental Manager. Our Head of Culinary is a very all-round chef ; as a qualified chef in Westminster College that is a Westminster University now, in London was awarded several Diplomas and awards, recognitions for his ethical work, effort, passion and talent and mostly his great flair in the Ministry of Food.
Our Head of Culinary, Herbert N’Goran not only is he a qualified chef, but also has, more than thirty years in the field of Ministry of Food: Working from the Great Hotels in London to Fine dining; let’s not omit his work and journey in the Education sectors – Schools, Colleges and universities; Gastro Pubs to Contract caterings and corporate Organisations.
