Having completed his Chefs apprenticeship in London, our Chef was blessed & highly favoured to travel through America, Africa & Europe to hone his cooking skills and open his mind to creativity and cultural differences in food. This journey gave our Executive Head of Culinary the opportunity to work in some great 5-Star Hotels and Michelin restaurants. Under the watchful eye of great Chefs, that He learned the most. Having enjoyed the training and food philosophy, He spent many hard, but rewarding years in the kitchen of the Michelin starred Restaurants; as well as working in the most remote and deprived places in the world, our chef appreciates that learning, and good food have no boundaries.
His next move saw him heading up the kitchen, and designing a fresh food concept. Creating and designing Menus for hospitals, schools, universities, Education Establishments and Health Cares, that feel like a fine hotel or a healthy restaurant-that includes working in project nutritionally with the NHS Trust in London (UK). His journey saw him creating menus and cashless catering concepts in schools, colleges in time and arrival of healthier food in Education -schools- in the UK, in the late 1990’s & early 2000; the cashless concept was to monitor what the learners are eating-what they spend their money on, not only by the establishments but also by their parents/guardians. That method assured and re-assured the adults that the learners are effectively spending their school’s lunch money for the purpose. That also prevented the learners from losing their cash or preventing them from being mugged.
He enjoyed the collaboration with doctors and nutritionists and has developed a great understanding and knowledge of cookery to improve health. He is a great believer of achieving true health through the right nutrition and exercise.
